About the Author: Donal Skehan is the award winning author of 'Good Mood Food' a cookery book inspired by his blog; www.donalskehan.com and 'Kitchen Hero: Bringing Cooking Back Home', which tied into his first 13 part prime-time RTÉ television series which also airs in the UK on Good Food Channel. He lives in Dublin where he works as a food writer, food photographer and TV presenter. Kitchen Hero: Great Food For Less is Donal's third cookbook, and accompanies his second RTÉ Television series.
