About the Author: J.G. Smyles was born and lives in the Cotswolds, England. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty, tranquillity and adventure.
One of her first memories were of unexplained supernatural phenomena, she was alone in her bedroom, when 'something' stroked her foot, from then onwards, she needed to understand what it was that she had experienced.
Her need for an explanation spurred interest in science and technology. No satisfactory explanation was ever given and even though she had many more similar experiences, she let go of the desire to understand them.
Maturity brought a more sound, less fearful approach to the world of the supernatural and over the years she has been hired to investigate many supernatural disturbances. She anticipates the second book in this series, A Jutting Jaw, a psychological thriller of the most powerfully disturbing nature, where the conviction of the perpetrator is not paramount, to be completed by the beginning of the academic year '03 when, at the age of 38 she will commence her studies in law that she may be able to fulfil a life long ambition.
During the course of '04 she plans to release The Truth Revolution, the third book in this series, provides for the benefit of earth's inhabitants, a glimpse into heaven that we may be ready.
