About the Book

In der vorliegenden Diplomarbeit erfolgt zunächst die Berechnung des Orthoequilibriums und des Paraequilibriums für ein quaternäres FeMnSiC-System unter Verwendung eines Untergittermodels. Die aus der molaren Gibbsenergie der beiden Phasen (α und γ) errechneten chemischen Potenzialfunktionen der vier Komponenten (Fe, Mn, Si und C) werden dann für die Berechnung der Kinetik der diffusiven γ/α-Phasenumwandlung des Stahls 10MnSi7 benötigt. Mittels einer auf der sharp interface-Näherung beruhenden Umwandlungsroutine erfolgt anschließend die Lösung des gekoppelten Problems der Grenzflächen-bewegung mit endlicher Mobilität und der C-Bulkdiffusion während der Phasenumwandlung. Für die experimentelle Erfassung des diffusiven Umwandlungsverhaltens werden Dilatometerversuche mit der thermo-mechanischen Prüfmaschine Gleeble 3800 durchgeführt. Das isotherme Umwandlungsverhalten des Stahls wird dazu an zylindrischen Voll-proben untersucht. Der Vergleich der Resultate aus Experiment und Simulation lässt den Schluss zu, dass die Kinetik der γ/α-Umwandlung im betrachteten Temperaturbereich unter Verwendung einer effektiven Mobilität mittels der Umwandlungsroutine beschreibbar ist.
