Frustrated by the lack of local parenting resources for new mothers, she spent months curating a list of 4,000 vendors and created a guide and blog for local parents. After writing over 700 blogs and co-founding DC Metro Mom, a book was the next step in the journey to help families in the area. In a prior life, Claudine worked in Corporate America for 15 years. She often jokes that although there are similarities, executives are far easier to deal with than toddlers.
