Cream Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 packet stevia
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon butter, melted
1/2 cup almond flour
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture into a medium bowl and keep aside for about 3 minutes.
3. Grease a large non-stick skillet with butter and add 1/4 of the mixture.
4. Tilt the pan to spread it and cook for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
5. Turn to the other side and cook for about 1 minute.
6. Repeat with the remaining mixture in batches and top with berries.
