Are you wondering what are chaffles?
What is chaffle? It's a crustless quiche made with eggs, cheese (or dairy-free substitutions), and any other ingredients you want like veggies, ham and broccoli. Chaffles are becoming more popular as a healthier alternative to eggs, bacon, and toast for breakfast. They're also a delicious quick-fix when you don't have much time and don't want to cook anything too complicated.
Now, we can make these chaffles keto friendly.
Keto chaffles are simply low carb egg muffins! They are incredibly easy to make and can be a great quick snack or breakfast that is super low in carbs, and keto friendly.
Chaffles had been a go to meal for those in the keto diet because it's easy to make and can be a great snack. I like to add cheese in my chaffles because it gives it that extra flavor and makes it more filling. You don't really taste the cheese that much but it does give it an amazing kick! Having this chaffle as a quick breakfast on the go is a perfect solution to cure those hangry rumblings!

In order for your chaffle to turn out perfectly every time, there are some very important tips you need to follow. Here are a few of them:
- Make sure that you use enough oil or butter for sauteing vegetables if you choose to add any.
- Make sure that you don't overfill your muffin tins because you want it to be thick enough.
- Always remember that your chaffle will not come out properly if the batter is too liquidly!
- Use parchment paper for easy removal of your chaffle from the muffin tin.
- Always preheat your oven to 375 before putting in the chaffle.
- To ensure that your chaffle cooks fully, do not open the oven until it's done!
- Wait a good 10 minutes or so before removing it from the oven. This allows it to cook and solidify more. I would also recommend that you let it sit for a good 5 minutes before trying to slice them up. It's very hot!
- Chaffles are best when eaten fresh! If you have leftovers, store them in the fridge and reheat for 30 seconds or so in the microwave.
