Eine Satire, wie die von Karl Kraus, ist eine ganz bestimmte Textsorte. Beinahe jedes Wort beinhaltet Aussagen, die zugleich jeweils mehreres aussagen. Kraus schafft hier auf sprachlicher Ebene eine ganz eigene Struktur. Diese impliziert bei der Rezeption, potenziell gelegte Verweise auch als solche zu erkennen und lässt offen, womit sie assoziiert werden, woran sie anknüpfen, worauf sie sich beziehen und wozu sie überleiten. Kraus bedient sich dabei eines Arsenals satirischer Mittel - worin sich auch die polemische Wirkungsabsicht wiederfindet. Bereits der Titel seiner Prosa-Skizze lässt erkennen, dass Kraus sich eines spezifischen sprachlichen Mittels bedient, um sich selbst zu positionieren und aus dieser Position heraus zu schreiben. Er verzichtet auf eine Erzählerinstanz, die ihn als Autor und Menschen außen vor lässt. Mithilfe des sprachlichen Mittels gelingt es ihm dennoch, eine differenzierte Position einzunehmen. Indem Kraus seinen persönlichen Standpunkt auf eine andere Ebene überträgt und er die Rolle des Satirikers einnimmt, steht er sozusagen außerhalb und urteilt als eine alles überblickende Instanz, die in dieser Rolle unantastbar ist. Im Unterschied zu einer Erzählerfigur impliziert die Rolle des Satirikers aber stets die Intentionen und den Standpunkt der Person dahinter. Setzt man etwa beim Titel seiner Skizze an, beinhaltet dieser schon, worauf Kraus inhaltlich abzielt. Zugleich wird mit der Formulierung des Titels das stilistische Verfahren augenscheinlich. Mit der Wahl des Wortes 'demoliert' übertreibt Kraus ganz bewusst. Er beabsichtigt nicht, objektiv zu analysieren oder subjektiv zu werten. Seine satirische Sprache ist 'Richter' und 'Vernichter' zugleich. In der vorliegenden Studie wird genau betrachtet, wie Karl Kraus Sprache einsetzt, wie diese Sprache wirkt und welche Bedeutungsebenen sichtbar werden.
About the Author: Silke Wallner wurde 1982 in Salzburg geboren. Zuerst entschied sie sich für einen Beruf in der Gesundheitsbranche und machte eine Ausbildung zur diplomierten Gesundheits- und Krankenschwester. Im Jahr 2010 kam dann endgültig der Wunsch auf, die Literatur nicht nur als geliebte Freizeitbeschäftigung zu genießen, sondern sich intensiver und auch aus wissenschaftlicher Sicht damit auseinanderzusetzen. Daher entschloss sie sich für das Studium der Germanistik an der Paris-Lodron-Universität Salzburg.
