Aus diesem Grund werde ich in dieser Ausarbeitung auf die beiden sozialen Probleme näher eingehen, sprich sie eindeutig erläutern, ihre Ursachen und Folgen darstellen, um im Endeffekt zu der Antwort auf die Frage, ob die Mediation, als eine Methode der Konfliktbewältigung, auch bei Mobbing greifen kann, gelangen zu können. Dazu gehe ich zunächst näher auf die Problematik des Konfliktes ein. Hierbei möchte ich herausstellen, was ein Konflikt ist, welche Ursachen ihm zugrunde liegen und welche Konflikttypen man unterscheiden kann. Im Anschluss daran erfolgt die Darstellung des sozialen Problems Mobbing, wobei ich auf die Definition, die Ursachen und die Folgen von Mobbing eingehen werde. Außerdem möchte ich die verschiedenen Mobbinghandlungen, die von Heinz Leymann in fünf Kategorien eingeteilt worden, aufzeigen und somit deutlich machen, wie sich Mobbing äußert. Danach schließt sich die Erläuterung einer Konfliktbewältigungsstrategie, die der Mediation, an. Dabei werde ich auf die Definition dieses Konfliktbewältigungsverfahren, sowie auf die Vorgehensweise und Ziele der Mediation näher eingehen und gleichzeitig die Aufgaben eines Mediators kurz aber präzise erklären. Aufgrund der daraus gewonnen Ergebnisse wird abschließend im Fazit die Fragestellung - "Kann die Mediation, als eine Methode der Konfliktbewältigung, auch bei Mobbing greifen?" - mithilfe aller Fakten beantwortet.
