Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2012 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Berufsbildung, Weiterbildung, Note: 1,7, Helmut-Schmidt-Universität - Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg, Veranstaltung: Projektseminar: Bildung & Heterogenität. Neue soziale Ungleichheiten, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Unterschiedliche Schulvergleichsstudien (unter anderem von Diefenbach/Klein) zeigen eine Ungleichheit bezogen auf eine Gruppe, bei denen es lange nicht vermutet wurde. Jungen schneiden systematisch schlechter in der Schule ab als Mädchen, so die Erkenntnisse. Diese Befunde wurden im Lehrforschungsseminar anhand unterschiedlicher Textbeispiele und Perspektivendarstellung geprüft und diskutiert. Einigkeit besteht lediglich in der Tatsache, dass die Jungen in den Schulen bei den Noten durchschnittlich schlechter abschneiden und allgemein schlechtere Schulabschlüsse erhalten. Die Gründe dafür scheinen vielfältig zu sein und von Wissenschaftler zu Wissenschaftler unterschiedlich gewichtet. Es reicht von der Annahme, dass es biologische Ursachen hat, über das fehlende männliche Vorbild bis hin, dass Lehrerinnen die Störaktionen der Jungs schärfer beurteilen. Aufgrund der Vielfältigkeit der Ursachenfindung werde ich mich in dieser Arbeit nur auf eines der Gründe konzentrieren und unterschiedliche Seiten beleuchten. In dem Seminar wurde mehr als einmal deutlich, dass einige Wissenschaftler die Ursache bei den Lehrerinnen sehen. Es sind zu viele weibliche Lehrerinnen, die den Jungen kein männliches Vorbild sein können und diese dafür häufig strenger benoten als Mädchen. Bei der Recherche stieß ich auf die Artikel von Marcel Helbig: "Sind Lehrerinnen für den geringeren Schulerfolg von Jungen verantwortlich?" und "Lehrerinnen trifft keine Schuld an der Schulkrise der Jungen". Dies rückt die Situation in ein völlig neues Licht und erweckt mein Interesse. Da Helbig ausführlich auf die Aussagen von Diefenbach/Klein und Budde eingeht, werden diese Autoren als Gegenpart aufgegriffen. Es bietet sich an ein
