As a former Vice President for C-S, Inc, a career transition firm (Division of Manchester Partners), Mr. Donald R. Dean is a nationally recognized Human Resources and Career Management consultant. While with C-S, Inc. and Payne- Lendman of Virginia Beach he counseled over a thousand people in how to successfully conduct a job search. He has worked with senior executives, technical staff and regular employees, as well as college students, in how to find their next career. He conducted workshops and individual counseling sessions for such firms as General Electric, Gulf Oil, Arkansas Power and Light, AT&T, Sovern Bank, Holly Carburators, Virginia Power and Light, as well as Chevron.
Mr. Dean has over 35 years experience in helping develop people and career search. He has conducted workshops and seminars throughout the United States and Europe. In addition to career management, his background includes senior human resources positions for such firms as Occidental Petroleum, ARCO, M&T Bank, Virginia Chemicals and Nixon Uniform Services.
Mr. Dean's most recent book, Shadows On The Wall: Life Is What You Make It was published through Amazon.com in 2014 and is his life's story. Mr. Dean maintains a residence in the Buffalo, New York area, has a condo in Cleveland, Ohio, and a home near Ft. Myers, Florida.
