About the Book

What motives might Nancy Pelosi have had to plan the breach and violence? She had two, at least. Who would have benefited for the breach of the Capitol Building, causing the end of the Republican challenge to the certification of the election? Nancy Pelosi, not Trump. She knew that if the building were breached, that would end the Republican's challenge to the certification, and Congress would simply certify the election the next day after the rioters had been removed.
Pelosi's second motive was her desire to damage Trump in any way she could, and as viscously as she could. She hated and still hates President Donald J. Trump. A breach of the Capitol Building by so called Trump 'supporters', even if they were undercover FBI informants, would do immense damage to the former president, and if Pelosi's plan worked, might lead to criminal charges.

There is plenty of evidence to support the conclusion that Pelosi planned and enabled the breach of the Capitol Building. The most damning piece of evidence is that she declined Trump's several requests a few days prior to January 6 to bring in the National Guard to protect the building. She also failed to properly deploy and reinforce the Capitol Police. They report to her. She had received, prior to January 6, several intelligence reports stating that there was likely going to be violence and an attack on the building. She wanted the building to be breached.

Another strong piece of evidence implicating Pelosi in the violence on January 6 is that the upper tier of the FBI is strongly tied to and aligned with the Democratic party, and the FBI, not Trump supporters, were the ones who attacked police, and broke into the Capitol Building.

Other evidence against Pelosi includes:

  • Pelosi prohibited the January 6 Committee from subpoenaing, demanding or looking at her emails, texts and correspondence relating to January 6.
  • Pelosi has refused to release 14,000 hours of security video taken by the security system at the Capitol Building, showing FBI informants opening the building's doors from the inside, and encouraging protesters to commit violent acts. The video also shows the police inviting people into the building, shows most protesters doing nothing more than walking around and taking photos, and shows police violently beating innocent protesters.
  • Pelosi knew ahead of time that FBI informants dressed as Trump supporters would break into the Capitol Building, and so she had a film crew stationed inside the building to film the violence.
  • Trump had had over 100 rallies prior to January 6, and there never had been any violence. Did this change of January 6 because of FBI informants?
There is plenty of evidence that Pelosi is guilty. But is there enough for a jury to find her guilty or liable?
