About the Book

For I know the plans that I have for you, " declares the Lord," Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, Plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) Diamond had a hard time seeing herself with hope or a future she could think of nothing she could be used for besides sex, She often lost her self in drinking and using drugs she felt it eased the pain of all the memories of her youth and her now wreck less life style. she learn to trade sex for drugs, alcohol and money but she didn't consider herself a prostitute. she didn't sleep around with strange men oh no she knew the wife of every man she spent time with as a matter of fact they were sometimes friends, family members, neighbors and yes even church members. Diamonds voice attacked men and made them weak She often just listen to the guys in her life's problems and they would gladly help her pay her rent and buy her things. Diamond would certainly never wear those clothes that whores wore, she didn't stand on corners and cared nothing about the club scene. Diamond was a church going Christian she sang in the choir and was a usher at her church One Way Pentecostal Church of God in Christ where she attended service every Sunday Morning for worship and most Sunday night services, She rarely missed Thursday Nights Bible studies. Diamond had a college degree in Early Childhood Education and worked for the state of Georgia as early as 16. Diamond learned that she didn't have to enjoy sex she just had to participate. She was a very attractive young lady and could get almost any man to take a second look when she walked by. She knew how to get a man but not how to keep him, she didn't know her worth but she would soon find out that what she had was not even her own and her owner was very jealous. Diamond felt that since she was sexually abused by her uncle and step dad at age 5 she had no value. She didn't know that her life one day would be a testimony to save many children, all she knew at age 5 was she had to avoid being alone with uncle Jr. and her mom Katrina's new boyfriend Mr. Peewee. Some days this was really hard for lil Diamond to do because Katrina worked at night and would often leave Diamond in the care of uncle Jr. or Mr. Peewee and each time that Diamond seen them she would run and hide or hold on tight to her mom pleading for her not to leave her and each night she was pried from her mom and left with her adversary. Diamond did not know words to express the pain she felt or the reason she felt the pain often times she would be asleep when she realized that her clothing had been removed and what she could not see in the dark she could not explain. Being afraid of the dark and living so far out in the woods Diamond cried herself to sleep most nights fearing the boogie man that her uncle Jr told her would get her if she didn't go to sleep. So into her teen age years Diamond thought of sex as a weapon to lure weak men to her web and as she grew older she realized that Sex without love was never intended to be. She realized that someone had robbed her of her chance to love and share her love with someone special and not share moments with just anyone because of physical attraction. One night after church the Lord spoke to her heart and in her ear in a dream he said ....Diamond know your worth...
