This book was inspired and written during a hectic time in Reschelle's life. Dealing with the stress of her mother being in the hospital, school, the holidays and traveling, Reschelle's body began to break down. She would soon be visiting the hospital herself due to chest pains caused by stress overload. One month later Reschelle found a suspicious knot in her inner thigh which caused her to seek medical attention once again. Surgery was performed, followed by a biopsy and she was told a week or so later, she had Hodgkin's Lymphoma (cancer in her lymph nodes). She was advised by her oncologist to take eight rounds of chemotherapy and twenty-five treatments of radiation. Because of her close relationship with God, she sought Him in prayer and received direction. Her decision was mind blowing, causing friends and those she loved to at times question her sanity. She turned down all treatment options and chose to trust God. He lead her to a close friend who told her about natural and herbal cures for cancer. She also took a holistic approach and begin to deal with unforgivness and the emotional pain from her past. Reschelle realized God was more than capable of healing her but there were spiritual road blocks that could hinder her healing from coming forth. She also began to examine and change her eating habits along with water, exercise and plenty of rest. In this book Reschelle shares her faith, her regimen, and her willingness to stop at nothing to bring about her healing. She also exposes the hidden side effects to chemotherapy and radiation and informs the readers that you can't drug a body back into good health. About the Author: Reschelle Means, born in Gaffney SC was raised by her mother in a single parent home with her four siblings. She married her best friend Aubrey Means in 2009. As the years went by the fear of death and diseases began to haunt her. She would trace this fear to when she was just a little girl, going into her mother's room sobbing the most dreadful words no one should ever have to utter, "I'm dying, "I'm dying, "I'm dying." From that point on she lived in fear of the thought of death and disease without realizing the thing she fear the most would one day be her reality. In December 2009 Reschelle experienced so much stress due to the holidays, school, her mother being in the hospital, as well as dinner parties and traveling. One month later, January 2010 Reschelle found a suspicious knot in her leg and was later told she had Hodgkin's Lymphoma (cancer in her lymph nodes) Her oncologist strongly advised eight rounds of chemotherapy and twenty-five treatments of radiation. After praying and trusting God, Reschelle turned down all treatments and took matters into her own hands. God lead her to a good friend of hers, there she was introduced to natural herbs and supplements. She began her own research and found out the body was designed to heal itself. Due to a complete lifestyle change that included changing the way the world viewed cancer, within a matter of months the cancer would be all gone.
