About the Author: Eva Kraxberger, MA, wurde 1984 in Linz in Oberösterreich geboren. Nach mehrjähriger Tätigkeit im Tourismus begann sie ihr Studium der Kommunikationswissenschaft mit Schwerpunkt Kulturmanagement an der Universität Salzburg, das sie 2015 mit Auszeichnung abschloss. Während des Studiums sammelte sie weitere berufliche Erfahrungen. Sie arbeitete u.a. an der Universität und im Pressebüro der Salzburger Festspiele. Aktuell ist sie in der Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit für die Stadt Salzburg tätig. Die verschiedenen Beschäftigungen und Einblicke in die unterschiedlichen Unternehmen und Branchen erweckten ihr Interesse an persönlichen Entwicklungen und innerbetrieblichen Veränderungen. Sie ist überzeugt, dass diese auch stets als Chance betrachtet und nur gemeinsam bewältigt werden können.
