About the Author

Dr. JUSTIN PAUL is Professor at the University of Washington and University of Puerto Rico, USA. He was the youngest Associate Professor with Nagoya University of Commerce and Business, Japan and Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. Dr. Paul has also served as Department Chairperson at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore. He has taught full courses at Aarhus University, Denmark; University De Versailles, Paris; Grenoble Eco le de Management, France; ISM University, Lithuania; Great Lake, Chennai; Goa University and so on. He has served as Visiting Professor and invited speaker at Fudan University, China, Meiji University, Tokyo, Knowledge Village, Dubai and has conducted executive training in Oman, Mauritius, Singapore, Germany and USA.

Dr. Justin Paul has authored/co-authored several books on Export-Import Management, Business Environment, International Marketing, Banking and Financial Services, Economic Environment and Policies and Services Marketing. He has published refereed articles and cases with Harvard, Ivey, Emerald, Sage, and secured awards from ECCH, London Business School, and US Society for Competitiveness.
