Inhaltsangabe: Gang der Untersuchung: In meiner Arbeit möchte ich mich mit der schulischen Integration behinderter Schülerinnen und Schüler in Schleswig-Holstein auseinandersetzen. Dabei werde ich einen besonderen Stellenwert auf die veränderten Anforderungen an die Grundschullehrkraft legen. Im ersten Teil setze ich mich mit den theoretischen Grundlagen dieses Sachverhaltes auseinander. Dabei sollen grundlegende Begriffe definiert werden, um das Grundverständnis, auf das sich diese Arbeit stützen wird, darzustellen. Außerdem wird ein Einblick in die historische Entwicklung der schulischen Integration gegeben, um dann den aktuellen Stand in der Bundesrepublik, mit einem besonderen Schwerpunkt auf Schleswig-Holstein, zu beleuchten. Im zweiten Theorieteil konzentriere ich mich auf die Aspekte des integrativen Unterrichts. Dabei werden Ziele und Chancen sowie Grenzen der schulischen Integration ebenso erarbeitet wie die besondere Methodik und Didaktik des integrativen Unterrichts. Thematisieren möchte ich dann die Beurteilungen der Schüler, Eltern und Lehrer, die sich aus in der Fachliteratur angeführten Untersuchungen ergeben haben. Eine besondere Stellung erhält dabei die veränderte Lehrerrolle der Grundschullehrkraft mit den besonderen Anforderungen, die der integrative Unterricht an sie stellt. Auch die Rahmenbedingungen, die für die schulische Integration notwendig sind, werden in diesem Abschnitt dargestellt. Verdeutlichung erhält der Theorieteil durch die empirische Untersuchung, die sich schließlich eingehend mit der Fragestellung auseinandersetzen wird, wie Grundschullehrkräfte aus ihren praktischen Erfahrungen heraus die Anforderungen an sie und die Umstände der Integration in den Schulen des Kreises Segeberg beurteilen. Ergänzend und überleitend zum Maßnahmenteil meiner Arbeit möchte ich außerdem Studenten hinlänglich ihrer Ausbildung zum Themenkomplex Integration befragen.
