Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 1987 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Kindergarten, Vorschule, frühkindl. Erziehung, Note: 2,0, Universität zu Köln (Pädagogische Fakultät), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit Realisierungsmöglichkeiten integrativer Erziehung im Elementarbereich. Mein Interesse an dieser Thematik bildete sich im Verlauf meines Schwerpunktstudiums "Vorschulische Erziehung" heraus, das ich während des zweiten Studienabschnittes mit dem Wahlpflichtfach "Geistigbehindertenpädagogik" kombinierte. Durch die Zuordnung dieses Faches zum Schwerpunktthema, konzentrierte sich mein Interesse in erster Linie auf die Erziehung behinderter Kinder im Vorschulbereich und es stellte sich für mich die Frage, ob und unter welchen Bedingungen eine gemeinsame Erziehung behinderter und nichtbehinderter Kinder möglich ist. Mein Versuch, mich anhand von Literatur zu diesem Thema über diesbezügliche Realisierungsmöglichkeiten, nicht zuletzt im Hinblick auf eine spätere berufliche Tätigkeit, zu informieren, verlief relativ unbefriedigend, da es sich bei der vorliegenden Literatur vorwiegend um einzelne Erfahrungsberichte, Modellbeschreibungen, Tagungsprotokolle und die Auseinandersetzung mit Teilaspekten des Themas handelt. Auswertende und zusammenfassende, also systematische Literatur, die einen Überblick über bisherige Erfahrungen und allgemeine Hinweise für eine konkrete Realisierung gibt, habe ich dagegen nicht gefunden. Dies brachte mich auf den Gedanken, mich selbst im Rahmen meiner Diplomarbeit mit dem Thema auseinanderzusetzen. Meine Arbeit soll einerseits einen Überblick über bisherige Modelle und Realisierungsversuche integrativer Erziehung geben und andererseits die Erfahrungen, die damit gemacht wurden, im Hinblick auf allgemeine Realisierungsmöglichkeiten auswerten. About the Author: Brigitte Halfkann studierte einige Semester Lehramt Sekundarstufe I, wechselte dann auf den Diplomstudiengang und legte 1987 ihr Diplom im Fach Pädagogik mit dem Schwerpunkt "Vorschulische Erziehung" ab. Seit Beendigung ihres Studiums arbeitet sie mit Kindern verschiedener Altersstufen. Zuerst betreute sie als Tagesmutter ihren Sohn zusammen mit anderen Tageskindern und arbeitete dann in verschiedenen pädagogischen Einrichtungen, z.B. in einer Spielgruppe, einem Waldorfkindergarten in Köln und dem Hort der Freien Waldorfschule Erftstadt. Von 1996 bis 2010 leitete sie eine Waldorfspielgruppe in Erftstadt mit 10 bis 12 Kindern ab zwei Jahren. Seit 2010 beteut sie gemeinsam mit ihrem Mann Tageskinder im U3-Bereich.
