I. Die Geschlechterdimension in der Integrationspädagogik beinhaltet unter- schiedliche Geschlechterverhältnisse. Orientierungshalber voranzustellen sind folgende drei Geschlechterkonstellationen: zwischen Mädchen und Jungen als primärer Zielgruppe der Integrations- pädagogik, zwischen Müttern und Vätern als Initiatoren und Zielgruppe dieses neuen pädagogischen Ansatzes, zwischen den beruflich an der Integrationspädagogik beteiligten Frauen und Männern. Dabei ist zu bedenken, daß sich Geschlechterverhältnisse und Strukturen der Pädagogik gegenseitig beeinflussen. Im umfassenden Sinne ist die Geschlechterdimension in der Integrations- pädagogik noch nicht untersucht worden; dies betrifft sowohl den theore- tisch-systematischen als auch den historisch-empirischen Zugang zum The- ma. Wenn Geschlechterbeziehungen untersucht werden, dann verweisen die Ergebnisse in der Regel auf ungleiche - hierarchisch strukturierte - Verhält- nisse sowohl bei den Zielgruppen der Integrationspädagogik als auch bei den in diesem Feld beschäftigten Berufsgruppen: So zeigt z. B. eine quantitative Erhebung über die Beteiligung von Mädchen und Jungen an der Integrations- pädagogik im Bereich der Grundschule, daß dort innerhalb der ersten zehn Jahre des Versuchs (1977-1986) unter den behinderten Kindern Jungen stark überwogen, während unter den nichtbehinderten Kindern Mädchen überre- präsentativ vertreten waren! (vgl. 2. 1. 1. ). Welches qualitative Verhältnis zwi- schen behinderten und nichtbehinderten Mädchen und Jungen daraus resul- tiert, wird in der kritischen Frage deutlich: "Sind Mädchen die Integrations- helferinnen par excellence?"z Aber auch die an der Integrationspädagogik V gl.
