'ouvrage Intégration des savoirs et posture professionnelle rend compte du maillage complexe des différents savoirs, savoir-faire, habiletés relationnelles et organisationnelles qui s'incarnent dans différentes postures professionnelles expérimentées par les étudiants infirmiers au cours du processus de professionnalisation conduisant au diplôme d'État d'infirmier en France, dans la cadre de la réforme LMD.
Il développe la méthodologie de construction de projets et les contenus variés en fonction des différentes spécificités disciplinaires: médicales, infirmières et autres sciences humaines interférant dans la prise en charge des patients. Elle doit permettre aux étudiants d'expliciter et de gérer des situations professionnelles de plus en plus complexes en concordance avec les projets de soins bien construits.
L'unité d'enseignement 5.3 S3 retenue pour illustrer le processus d'apprentissage se situe spécifiquement à mi-parcours de leur apprentissage, dans le continuum du raisonnement et la démarche clinique (UE 3.1 S1 et 3.1 S2) de l'Évaluation d'une situation clinique (UE 5.2 S2), du projet de soins (3,2 S3) du rôle infirmier, de l'organisation du travail et l'interprofessionnalité (UE 3.3 S3) ainsi que des soins relationnels (UE 4.2 S2 et 4.2 S3).
La pédagogie développée, dans une orientation socioconstructiviste, suit un processus alterné dans un continuum enseignement-clinique, incarné par l'alternance IFSI-terrain de stage. C'est-à-dire une combinaison entre l'apprentissage théorique et l'apprentissage en milieu professionnel. Ce processus formatif se développe en plusieurs phases, ce qui permet des assimilations et une autoévaluation par palier.
L'ouvrage est un manuel destiné autant aux cadres formateurs qu'aux étudiants eux-mêmes.
Le personnel de terrain: cadres de santé infirmières référentes y trouveront des repères conceptuels et méthodologiques permettant d'ajuster l'accompagnement effectué auprès des étudiants en stage. Il se présente en trois parties:
- La première partie fait le point sur les éléments conceptuels autour de la problématique de l'intégration des savoirs.
- La deuxième partie présente une méthodologie pédagogique pour appréhender in situ une problématique relationnelle et l'ensemble des problèmes de santé du patient.
- La troisième partie construit les différentes postures infirmières, en phase avec les processus intégratifs incarnés autour de 10 expériences d'intégration communication et conduite de projet qui se déroulent respectivement: en service de chirurgie, psychiatrie adulte, néphrologie, chirurgie ambulatoire, service de soins infirmiers à domicile, service d'urgences, psychiatrie de l'adolescent, soins palliatifs, service de réanimation, et en salle de surveillance post-interventionnelle.
