About the Author: Mag. (FH) Veronika Bauer wurde 1983 in Meran, Südtirol geboren. Ihr Studium der Unternehmensführung in der Tourismus- und Freizeitwirtschaft schloss sie 2007 am Management Center in Innsbruck (MCI) ab. Die Autorin war bereits vor ihrem Studium in dieser Branche tätig und sammelte Berufserfahrung in verschiedenen Positionen. Ihre Tätigkeit in der Therme Meran veranlasste sie dazu, die Thematik der Messung der Kundenzufriedenheit zum Mittelpunkt dieser Arbeit zu machen. Dieses Thema begleitet die Autorin auch weiterhin, unabhängig ob als Unternehmensberaterin, Marketingverantwortliche oder Geschäftsführerin.
