Cette recherche visait à analyser la performance du tourisme, de la coopération et de l'innovation que les brasseries artisanales organisées dans la Route de la bière (RTVC) développent à partir de relations de coopération. Il convient de noter que le RTVC a été créé en 2016 et qu'il est situé dans l'État de Santa Catarina (SC). Les résultats ont montré que les brasseries qui composent le RTVC sont responsables de 6% de la consommation de bière des plus de 523.000 habitants des municipalités qui les intègrent, puisque dans d'autres régions elle est estimée à 2%. En outre, il a été noté que les visites touristiques ont un faible impact sur les revenus des entreprises, représentant 1%. En outre, la plupart du temps, la coopération dans le RTVC se fait par le partage d'intrants et de matériaux. Il a également été observé que les types d'innovations développées par les entreprises interrogées se situent dans les domaines des produits, des processus, du marketing et de l'organisation. Il convient de noter que ce moment a obligé les entreprises à se réadapter, et que l'impact de Covid-19 a contraint les entreprises à adopter de nouvelles pratiques de gestion, qui incluent la révision des objectifs financiers.
