English summary: Of the nearly 2100 incunabula prints in the university library at Tubingen, only about a quarter originated in the early period of the university with the majority of the collection consisting of endowments and legacies of university members from the 16th century, and by the end of the 18th century, there were nearly 530 verifiable incunabula prints. The extensive assignments of the Royal Library Administration in Stuttgart brought about a significant increase, benefiting from the process of secularization at the beginning of the 19th century. The library's collection had quadrupled by 1822 to around 6000 volumes. Among the allocations from monastic libraries were countless copies as well as incunabula, which were put up for sale in many cases. In 1862/3, together with a bundle of papers of Wurttembergica, some 200 incunabula were sold to the Royal Court Library of Sigmaringen, among which were numerous items from the original collection of the university. It was obvious, therefore, that the collection of incunabula at the court library in Sigmaringen should be characterized together with the incunabula of the university library and the original provenances should be merged again in this catalog. The incunabula of the library of the Evangelical Foundation were incorporated in this catalog on account of the proximity of the Foundation to the library. This present catalog, therefore, registers 2416 prints in the 2100 volumes (of which around two-thirds have retained their original binding), the provenances are described and the book binding workshops of the 15th and 16th centuries, to the extent possible based on a database of covers, are also described. German description: Von den ca. 2100 Inkunabeldrucken der Universitatsbibliothek Tubingen stammt nur etwa ein Viertel aus der Fruhzeit der Universitat, ein Bestand, der sich vor allem aus Stiftungen und Nachlassen von Universitatsangehorigen vorwiegend des 16. Jahrhunderts zusammensetzt. Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts sind etwa 530 Inkunabeldrucke nachweisbar. Einen grossen Zuwachs brachten die umfangreichen Zuweisungen der koniglichen Bibliotheksverwaltung in Stuttgart im Zuge der Sakularisation zu Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts. Der Bestand der Bibliothek vervierfachte sich bis zum Jahre 1822 auf ca. 60000 Bande. Unter den Zuweisungen aus den Klosterbibliotheken waren zahlreiche Mehrfachexemplare - auch Inkunabeln -, die in mehreren Aktionen zum Verkauf angeboten wurden. 1862/63 wurden zusammen mit einem Konvolut von Wurttembergica auch ca. 200 Inkunabeln an die Furstliche Hofbibliothek Sigmaringen verkauft, darunter zahlreiche Stucke aus dem ursprunglichen Bestand der Universitat. Es war daher naheliegend, den Inkunabelbestand der Hofbibliothek in Sigmaringen gemeinsam mit den Inkunabeln der Universitatsbibliothek zu beschreiben und so die ursprunglichen Provenienzen wieder zusammenzufuhren. Die Inkunabeln der Bibliothek des Evangelischen Stifts wurden wegen der Nahe des Stifts zur Universitat ebenfalls in diesen Katalog aufgenommen. Der vorliegende Katalog verzeichnet 2416 Drucke in ca. 2100 Banden (davon etwa zwei Drittel Originaleinbande), es werden die Provenienzen bestimmt und die Buchbinderwerkstatten des 15. und des 16. Jahrhunderts - soweit moglich - anhand der Einbanddatenbank bestimmt.
