Die Kommunikation im Unternehmen soll zum Ziel der Gewinnmaximierung beitragen und muss sich daher an den genannten Kriterien messen lassen. Kommunikation, Hierarchie und Gewinnmaximierung sind somit wesentliche Elemente der Funktionsweise von Unternehmen. Wie lassen sie sich nun vereinbaren? Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich zunächst mit der Frage nach dem Zusammenhang zwischen Kommunikation und Hierarchie oder: zwischen Kommunikation und Führung. Es soll den Fragen nachgegangen werden, welches die beste Art der Kommunikation innerhalb eines Unternehmens ist und wovon es abhängt, welche Form der Kommunikation gewählt wird?
