About the Book

Information society can improve organization performance and productivity to be raised. Our economy is changing to the high information online working model from the traditional office working model on economic benefit view. Our economy is evolving in ways in nearly that favor skills workers. For example, the shift toward computer skills in nearly every industry favors workers who either have computer skills or are smart enough to learn them on the job. Technology makes smart workers more productive when making low-skilled workers redundant. ATMs replaced bank tellers, self-serve pumps replaced gas station attendants, automated assembly lines replaced workers doing mindless, repetitive tasks. Indeed, assembly lines at General Motors, changed the major trend in the American economy. Computers and sophisticated robots now assemble the major components of a car, which creates high-paying jobs for people who write software and design robots when reducing the demands for workers with no specialized skills other than a willingness to do an honest day's work. So, high technological information society creates many high skilled occupations to let talent people to work. e.g. artificial intelligence innovation will improve employee performance and productivities to the best in our future. However, information technological economic development also brings disadvantage to some people. When the country only accept talent people to work, then the foolish people will feel difficult to find jobs in societies. For Microsoft founder, Bill Gates, he indicated that he did not stand in the way of their success or benefit from their misfortunes. Rather, his vision and talent created an amount of wealth that nor everybody got to share really. There is a crucial distinction between a world I which Bill Gates gets rich by stealing other people's crops and a world I which he gets rich by growing his own food supply, such as Microsoft products that he shares with some people and others. The latter is a better representation of how a modern economy works. So, he means that human must need to continue to invent any new technology in order to attempt to help our society to innovate successfully, e.g. mobile phone product invention, laptop invention, non-manual driven vehicle, robotic invention for working aspect, learning aspect, driving aspect, flying aspect, shopping center or security etc. different future social needs. So, it is fact that talent people e.g. high skill software inventors, they will be needed to increase more to compare foolish people, e.g. low skill workers. Although, the gap between high salary and low salary between them, it will increase. But, if our future society can not achieve to manufacture any high information technological innovation or product invention to satisfy any organizations, such as office, factory, public transport, library etc. different artificial intelligence manufactory or service needs to satisfy customer needs as well as ourselves private needs, e.g. non manual driving need, robotic teaching and learning need etc. different personal living needs. Then, our society will not change to be raised and improved to our living standard significantly. Hence, if we hope our real economic growth, we must encourage any new information technological continue to develop further. Otherwise, our future social economy will not real grow to manufacturing, service, entertainment, education etc. different industries in our future.
