Neste trabalho será apresentado o método microbiológico de ação de vários microrganismos na qualidade do solo, bem como a monitorização da qualidade do solo através de indicadores e parâmetros químicos. Foram feitos paralelos no teste da qualidade do solo após as cheias, que ocorreram precisamente no período em que as árvores de fruto e os cereais estavam em desenvolvimento. Os locais onde as amostras de solo foram recolhidas situam-se no vale do rio Morava do Sul, no território do distrito de Pcinja. Utilizando parâmetros de qualidade adequados, concluiu-se que a qualidade deve ser a terra em que serão plantadas as culturas adequadas. No âmbito da investigação realizada, foram obtidos diferentes resultados de pH, húmus, azoto, fósforo e potássio, em função do tempo. A experiência foi implementada há dois anos, imediatamente após a inundação e seis meses após as inundações, que ocorreram em maio de 2014 na região do Sul da Sérvia. Os métodos que foram utilizados para a análise do solo são: colorimétrico, fotométrico, potenciométrico e espetrofotométrico. Os resultados mostram um elevado grau de sustentabilidade da qualidade do solo que regenera relativamente rápido as suas propriedades após as inundações.
