Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2022 im Fachbereich Philosophie - Praktische (Ethik, Ästhetik, Kultur, Natur, Recht, ...), Note: 1,3, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Was gilt als richtig und was gilt als falsch? Dies ist unter anderem eine Frage, die die Ethik in verschiedenen Kontexten versucht zu klären. Solche ethischen Fragestellungen gehören heute zur gesellschaftlichen Konjunktur. Die Gesellschaft zu ethischen Hinterfragungen anzuregen und so die Menschenwürde und Menschenrechte eines jeden Menschen sicherzustellen, ist u. a. Aufgabe der Heilpädagogik. Einen immer größeren Diskurs in Bezug auf die Würde eines Menschen, stellen bioethische Fragestellungen zu Pränatal- und Präimplantationsdiagnostik dar. Dies sind Untersuchungen, die Aussagen über bestimmte Krankheiten und Behinderungen eines ungeborenen Kindes zulassen. So können sich werdende Eltern entscheiden, ob sie bei Vorliegen einer Erkrankung ihres Kindes die Schwangerschaft abbrechen oder fortsetzen möchten. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit erlangte die Thematik Ende letzten Jahres. Am 09. November 2021 wurde der Beschluss verabschiedet, dass nicht invasive Bluttest, die zur frühen Entdeckung einer Trisomie, wie Trisomie 21 (Down-Syndrom) eingesetzt werden, als Kassenleistung abgerechnet werden sollen. Die folgende Ausarbeitung wird die dafür verwendeten Bluttests näher beleuchten. Da die Thematik nicht nur viele ethische, sondern auch rechtliche Fragen aufwirft, wird sie im Rahmen dieser Arbeit aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln näher betrachtet. Dazu werden zu Beginn einige ethische Grundlagen dargestellt und daran anschließend allgemeine ethische Spannungsfelder in der Heilpädagogik erläutert. Im Anschluss daran wird sich die Hausarbeit mit der spezifischen Frage, "In welchem Fall ist eine Abtreibung nach einem positiven pränatalen Bluttest auf Trisomien ethisch vertretbar?", auseinandersetzen. Die sich daraus ergebenen Aspekte sollen abschließend aus der Sicht von Menschen, die mit einer Trisomie leben und werdende
