Im Fokus stehen die Emotionen, die das Befinden der Stakeholder bestimmen. Ziel der Arbeit ist es zu zeigen, an welchen Stellschrauben eine erfolgreiche Change Kommunikation ansetzen und mit welchen Mitteln sie den Wandel positiv gestalten kann. Ob Reorganisation, Prozessoptimierung, Outsourcing, Fusion oder Verkauf des Unternehmens - alle Change Prozesse haben zwei Dinge gemeinsam: 1. In der heutigen Arbeitswelt passieren sie in kürzeren Abständen, als es noch vor einigen Jahrzehnten der Fall war. Wandel gehört heute zum Alltagsgeschäft der Organisationen. 2. Das Risiko des Scheiterns ist groß. 50 % aller Change-Management-Prozesse werden für gescheitert erklärt, jeder fünfte wird schlecht umgesetzt und nur 38 % der Mitarbeiter1 fühlen sich gut eingebunden. Warum ist das so? Bevorstehende Veränderungsprozesse können Gefühle wie Unsicherheit, Angst, Verleugnung bis hin zu Widerstand auslösen. Werden die Menschen mit ihren Gefühlen und Bedürfnissen im Change-Prozess nicht ernst genommen, steigt das Risiko des Scheiterns. Kommunikation spielt dabei eine entscheidende Rolle. 80 % aller Veränderungsprozesse scheitern an einer mangelnden oder schlechten Kommunikation.
