En primer lugar, el desarrollo del problema, objetivo y justificación comienza con el desarrollo, lo que permite una investigación clara y concreta basada en los argumentos y los pasos que se seguirán para encontrar respuestas al objetivo de la investigación. La Metodología que se utilizó se trata de una investigación teórico - empírica cuyo tipo de estudio es descriptivo. Se trata de una investigación aplicada que se desarrolla bajo un enfoque no experimental ya que no se van a manipular variables, el tipo de población escogida fueron ciclistas profesionales entre 18 a 23 años, género masculino. Se realizó una encuesta a los deportistas de alto rendimiento que componen el club de ciclismo donde ellos darán a conocer los componentes deportivos que el club de ciclismo.
