Freiheit ist für Menschen aller Altersgruppen ein wichtiges Thema. Sie ist jedoch so alltäglich, dass sich viele gar keine Gedanken mehr darüber machen, was Freiheit eigentlich bedeutet. Unser Leben in freier Entfaltung wird als selbstverständlich angesehen. Festgeschriebene Grundrechte bilden den Rahmen dafür. Doch jetzt, seit wir in der Corona-Krise auf liebgewonnene Freiheiten verzichten müssen, scheint alles anders: Kontaktsperre, geschlossene Läden, Geisterspiele, Hamsterkäufe, Vorgaben über Mundschutz, Berufsverbote, Aussetzung der Schulpflicht oder Versammlungsverbote. Stets in der Hoffnung, dass alles nicht noch schlimmer und das Leben bald wieder `normal´ wird. Aber was denken heutige, junge Menschen in Bezug auf ihr eigenes Leben darüber? Wann fühlen sie sich frei oder unfrei? Welchen Stellenwert haben für Schülerinnen und Schüler auf dem Weg zum Erwachsenwerden, die bisher als selbstverständlich empfundenen Freiheiten? Diesen Fragen widmeten sich über zwanzig Schülerinnen und Schüler im Profilkurs Philosophie der Bachgauschule im südhessischen Babenhausen. Schnell war die Idee geboren, aus den vielen Texten ein kleines Buch zu gestalten, um auch anderen Interessierten die Möglichkeiten zu geben, die spannenden Gedanken junger Menschen zu diesem Thema zu lesen. Das Thema Corona und Freiheit spiegelt sich in einigen wieder. Es zeigt, wie sich das Leben im Alltag verändert. Aber auch andere Motiven tauchen auf. So wird dieses Buch zu einem bunten Strauß frischer Gedanken über ein uraltes Thema - die Freiheit.
About the Author: Thomas Fuhlbrügge (Jahrgang 1974) ist Lehrer für Katholische Religion, Politik & Wirtschaft, Ethik und Philosophie an der Bachgauschule in Babenhausen. Der Autor, Musiker und Lieder-macher lebt mit seiner Frau und seinem Sohn im südhessischen Altheim. Seine bisherigen Krimis `Gassenspieß - Ein historischer Altheimkrimi´, `Nauru - ein Krimi vom Ende der Welt´, `Massengrab´ und `Muna´ erfreuen sich einer immer größer werdenden Leserschaft.
