Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2017 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Berufserziehung, Berufsbildung, Weiterbildung, Note: 1,0, Universität Hamburg (FAKULTÄT FÜR ERZIEHUNGSWISSENSCHAFT), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Um das Identifikationspotenzial von kaufmännischen und gastronomischen Berufen zu erforschen, haben wir uns dafür entschieden, exemplarische Berufe aus den jeweiligen Sektoren mithilfe von Interviews zu untersuchen. Aus persönlichen Gründen haben wir im Sinne unserer Ausbildungen den Beruf Köchin/Koch gewählt. Das Interesse an den kaufmännischen Berufen existiert aufgrund unseres Unterrichtfaches Betriebswirtschaftslehre. Diesbezüglich haben wir uns für den Ausbildungsberuf Kauffrau/-mann für Büromanagement entschieden, weil dieser Beruf zum einen neu konstruiert wurde und er zum anderen der beliebteste Ausbildungsberuf Deutschlands ist. Aus vorangegangenen Studien, welche sich mit der Entwicklung von beruflicher Identität beschäftigt haben, ging eindeutig hervor, dass Köche und Köchinnen über eine höhere berufliche Identität verfügen als Auszubildende aus kaufmännischen Berufen. Der Unterschied in dieser Masterarbeit besteht darin, dass im Folgenden nicht nur die berufliche Identität der Befragten, sondern auch die Hintergründe der Berufe untersucht werden. Dafür wurde das Identifikationspotenzial von zehn Auszubildenden der eben genannten Berufe mit qualitativen Interviews untersucht, welche in Form eines leitfadengestützten Experteninterviews geführt wurden. Die Erstellung des Interviewleitfadens erfolgte mithilfe der von uns zuvor ausgewerteten Theorie dieser Arbeit. Die genaue Analyse der beiden untersuchten Ausbildungsberufe erfolgte durch ein von uns weiterentwickeltes Modell. Die Auswertung hat ergeben, dass die Köchinnen und Köche eine größere Leidenschaft für ihren Beruf entwickelt haben. Grundsätzlich haben alle zehn befragten Experten/Expertinnen im Laufe ihrer Ausbildung eine hohe berufliche Identität ausgebildet. Für uns als zukünftige Berufsschullehr
