About the Book
The book is written, by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, to quicken your ability to effectively discern the true doctrine of Christ in order for you to easily escape the trap of religious deception since Jesus has asked us to watch out in order to discern the appointed signs of the end of this present world system in Mathew 24: -24-25 when He said "For false Christ's and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even, the elect. See, I have told you beforehand." And because of God's audacious declaration in Isaiah 46: -8-10 that "Remember this, and show yourselves men; Recall to mind, O you transgressors. Remember the former things of old, For I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done, Saying, 'My counsel shall stand, And I will do all My pleasure, ' holds true for all eternity, I am an unapologetic believer that human history can only vindicate God's truth as revealed in the bible. As such, rather than give new prophecies or make biased conjecture of our collective religious history, this book is a fair assessment of the development of modern popular Christianity in the light of the holy bible which every adherents of this religion considers, to varying degrees, as sacred. Unless we first consult the bible to check what God had said, we cannot correctly interpret the happenings around us today that a critical look unveils. Often times in Christianity, we misinterpret another saying of Jesus Christ that we should not judge others so that God will not judge us to mean that we should not correct the errors in others. God cannot contradict Himself. The very fact that He expects us to be our brother's keeper presupposes that He expects us to speak out against deception with the view to either prevent fellow believers from it, or to bring back those already deceived. So, what Jesus actually meant by 'judge not so as not to be judged' is that correction must never be hypocritical, i.e., make sure that you are not practicing the very thing that you are trying to correct in others before attempting to check their perceived error. Only the person on the right tract can effectively redirect those on the wrong path, hence Paul said that we should imitate him as he, in turn, imitates God. We this in mind, understand that this is not a biased criticism of any denomination, neither is it meant to cast aspersion on any individual; dead or alive, but this book is written to critically examine people, doctrines, denominations, and religions based on the word of God. In 1 John 4:12, the apostle wrote that "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world." because 2 Peter 2:1 also told us that "But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction." This simply meant that we have a lot of false prophets teaching a lot of false doctrines and building a lot of false Church/denominations today. Note here that Peter spoke, first in the past tense to signify that even in the days of Moses, Joshua, Samuel, Elijah, Elisha, Micah, Jeremiah, Isaiah etc. down to Malachi, false prophets abound, so this is not a new phenomenon. Don't forget that, as beautiful and bountiful as it was in the garden of Eden, the serpent also showed with his twisted doctrine. This is to help us to grasp the candid truth that, wherever the move of God is thriving, there will also be either an underlying, or a parallel, counter-move of the devil. And in most cases the devil does not come as the devil but rather he comes in a deceptively alluring façade. He comes, telling you that he is the best example of what you seek, and leads you astray once you a
