About the Author: James F. Gill is of counsel at Bryan Cave, LLP. He graduated from the College of the Holy Cross and Fordham University School of Law. He has worked as both the associate and managing editor of Fordham Law Review, and currently serves as president of the Fordham Law Review Alumni Association.
An honorary Doctor of Letters at St. Bonaventure University and former assistant district attorney, Gill has served his community in various ways, including as former chair of the joint commission on integrity in public schools and current chair of the property committee.
The author of For James and Gillian, Speaking of Gill, and Rambling with Gill, he has earned numerous awards, such as Fordham Law School's medal of achievement, a Malta knighthood from John Cardinal O'Connor, and a St. Gregory the Great knighthood from Pope Benedict XVI.
Gill currently lives in New York, with his wife of fifty-five years. They have three children and three grandchildren.
