There are kids at school who bully and intimidate their fellow students. Also, gang members who bully and intimidate their communities. There are also managers in the workplace, who criticize, bully and intimidate their workers, and drivers who exhibit road rage to fellow road users. This is all manner of bad disrespectful critical behaviour of people towards each other, with little thought of the consequences of this negative, critical social conduct. So then, let's consider the alternative conduct of respect, acknowledgement, and encouragement of each person in our lives, and the positive uplifting experience this will have on them. If we respect, acknowledge and complement our children, family, friends and colleagues, they in turn feel loved and valued.
