About the Author:

I have been trying to remain as anonymous as possible here in the process of releasing the Diamond Heart Energy Activations. I became a massage therapist in 1976 and at a seminar I was taking years later our instructor told us to learn to meditate because we would be working on a lot of sick people and would need to "stay clear". I got involved with Hakomi work, a form of Body Centered Psychotherapy for a few years doing training in this work. I came from a harsh background and took a significant amount of physical abuse growing up. All of the systems of mind-body-spirit integration that I explored professionally were first and foremost for myself, for my own healing. I had incredible teachers and really kept after it for many years. I graduated from the seminary of the Church of Ageless Wisdom and was exposed to great teachings and amazing people.

I was a movement enthusiast and studied and taught the Flomotion movement awareness system for four years. I trained in a system of Hypnotherapy for one year and received sessions weekly. It took me about twenty years to ground myself in meditation. Nowadays there are many more support systems to help us. In the process of trying to find the right meditation teacher and system, I encountered many Yogi's, Christian mystics, Buddhist Lamas, Hakomi folk, Sufi's, channels, mediums, Transcendental Meditation instructors, dowsers, and many current day quantum energy systems people. All of it was and is a part of my knowledge and experience base. I practiced Alpha Brain Body balancing for ten years and during that time I performed 1000 ceremonies, weddings, christenings, and meditation initiations. For many years I woke up at 4 a.m. to meditate. I cannot do this right now because I need to be more active in the world.

I truly wish I could have shared most all of these things with friends and family. Perhaps some will join me in the Diamond Heart. The meditation on the heart mantra at the conclusion of the 12 minute (Track 2) meditation truly helps center me. It is softly wonderful and powerful.

Now I AM starting a new journey to meet my Self in all the Selves I meet on the journey, in light and mutual respect. We are here to learn the lesson of togetherness.
