No more searching for that magic diet plan or joining any of those weight watchers club. No more will you need to spend money for that magic pill or a special diet. No more will you be bothered with watching your carb intake or calorie counting or eating food sent to you in the box. No more of any of that nonsense. They don't work nearly as well as they promise and if some of them did, the results they render are only short lived and temporary. Lets face it you are not interested in losing weight temporarily you want your weight loss to be permanent and you don't want to change your life style to achieve it. Sadly, a magic diet plan just does not exist. But my lucky friend you have found the closest thing to it. Yes you already possess everything you need to lose all the weight you want as well as make other changes in your life possible. You have within yourself an extraordinary power to make any change in your life you so desire. However (there is always a however isn't there) before you discover how to use this great extraordinary power to lose weight you must make one very important commitment; not to me but to yourself and that is simply to be honest with yourself; you must believe that you can. That's it in a nut shell. If you are honest with yourself and believe that you can, any change in your life that you really want to make simply becomes a matter of following a few simple rules and instructions that are clearly laid out for you in the following pages of this book.
About the Author: In the twilight of my years I realize I had missed my calling. I always wanted to write but never gave it the required time it needs. Because in my youth like many of you, I was too busy trying to make a living. The lyrics in one of Mr. Frank Sinatra's hit songs pretty much sums up my background: "I've been a puppet, a pauper, a pirate, a poet, a pawn and a king. I've been up and down and over and out but I know one thing: Each time I find myself flat on my face, I pick myself up and get back in the race. That's life, I can't deny it, I thought of quitting, but my heart just won't buy it. Cause if I didn't think it was worth a try, I'd have to roll myself up in a big ball and die". I should have been writing and authoring books all my life because I enjoy it so much. If I had it in my power to speak to all who may be in my age group I would say to them don't ever give up your dreams, it's never too late. If I had it in my power to speak to everyone else I would say to them, dreams really do come true. I have written nine books in various genres, three are cookbooks one of which is titled "The Way It Was" An Italian recipe cookbook that's different than most because along with delicious hard to find recipes it tells the story of how life was really like growing up in the big city "South Philadelphia". "EZ Italian Cooking" and "EZ Seafood Cooking" are two other titles. "How-To Make a Fortune in The Cleaning Business" is another (yes, I was also in the cleaning business), "Dante's Dream" one of my favorites which is a fairy-Tale that I am sure someday will make it to a Hollywood film production company. Let's not forget "Forces of The Mind" a book everyone should read because it proves that anyone can accomplish anything if you truly believe that you can.
