Transform your feelings of separation, loneliness and confusion into clarity, wholeness and vitality.
Arlene Arnold takes her 18 years of experience as a Certified Spiritual Guide and Healing Facilitator and shares simple techniques for discovering who you really are, what you're good at, and what you're here to do.
The Humpty Dumpty story, a sequel to the original, contains an easy process that allows you to mend your "broken pieces" and begin to enjoy life.
"I first started telling the Story to my clients so they would understand the healing process of reclaiming joy. Broken pieces give you a false picture of who you are ¬- you are not guilt, sadness or loneliness. Your feelings are real, but the picture you have of yourself only looks that way because, when you get stuck with repeating unwanted thoughts, you're seeing through a distorted lens." - Arlene
In the Humpty Dumpty story you'll find tools to easily release what's holding you back. When that happens, you bring home the pieces of yourself that are hanging onto emotional experiences. You reclaim the parts of you that have taken on thoughts and beliefs from others that don't resonate with who you are. You can then put together who you are right now!
This book is deliberately short: 42 pages. It's a quick read with easy-to-follow exercises.

"Thank you so much for your guidance, enlightenment, and compassionate heart. What a blessing you've been in my life!" - Kristina Craig
"Unlike Humpty Dumpty, I didn't even know I was in pieces. I just thought I was flaky; it was just how I was. By using Arlene's 'tools, ' I reassembled my pieces. As a result of this process, I gained more confidence and clear mindedness. I felt successful in a way I had not experienced before." - Marian Russell
"The message in this book relates to all whether they are advanced in their spiritual work, just beginning or have not a clue. It is a human message related to our current life of toils, troubles and hope for a better life. It is light, funny, and very understandable. It will stir the heart that is ready for this teaching. I think it is a very important work for our age." - Darlene Jaeger
About the Author: Throughout my life, I read every self help book I could find, especially those with a spiritual basis. I was driven by a personal quest for the answers to life's eternal questions. Like so many others, I sensed I was missing something or more exactly, something was missing in me. I explored several spiritual growth teachings including two years of counseling where I learned some Transactional Analysis techniques. Then, I met Jane Lister-Reis who became my friend and mentor. I joined her course to become a Spiritual Guide and Healing Facilitator. Those two years changed my life! Through my own process I took what I learned from a number of places and developed some simple, practical and effective ways to dissolve the hooks that took me to thoughts and emotions that kept me stuck in my old patterns. Over the years I have introduced those techniques to hundreds of clients and workshop participants. I invite you to read Humpty's story and try the techniques for yourself.
