Forschungsarbeit aus dem Jahr 2021 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Der Lehrer / Pädagoge, Note: 2,3, Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Hauptziel dieser Arbeit ist herauszukristallisieren, welche Bedeutung Humor in Konfliktsituationen der Lehrer: in-Schüler: in-Interaktion im Pädagogikunterricht tragen kann. Die Behauptung liegt nahe, dass Humor im schulischen Kontext Konflikte und Spannungen auf effektive Art und Weise lösen kann. Um diese Hypothese zu verifizieren, werden in diesem Forschungsbericht auf psychoanalytischer Grundlage die Bedeutung und Umsetzung von Humor im Pädagogikunterricht genauer beleuchtet und diskutiert. Durch Beobachtung des Pädagogikunterrichts in der Qualifikationsphase II (Q2) eines Gymnasiums in Nordrhein-Westfalen konnten diverse kommunikative und humorvolle Situationen festgehalten werden. Eine wissenschaftliche Arbeit über das allbekannte Thema Humor anzufertigen gleicht dem Versuch, einer Kuh Rückenschwimmen beizubringen. Die Wissenschaft basiert auf eindeutigen und objektiven Beschreibungen, Erkenntnissen und Aussagen, wohingegen das Wesen des Humors meist subjektiv, vieldeutig, sinnfrei und unklar scheint. Dennoch ist der positive Effekt des Lachens und einer positiven Grundstimmung, welche durch Witz und Humor in der Regel hervorgerufen werden, auf die psychische Gesundheit, kommunikative Situationen und auf Motivation zu berücksichtigen, welcher durch mannigfache Studien untersucht und bewiesen wurde. Eine der diversen Erkenntnisse ist, dass Lachen Konflikte löse oder mehr Ansehen und Einfluss gebe. Da auch im schulischen Kontext Konflikte und Spannungen entstehen, lässt sich ein Blick auf Erkenntnisse bezüglich des Humors legen: Diversen Umfragen zufolge ist die Charaktereigenschaft, die an Lehrer: innen am meisten geschätzt wird, der Humor.
