Cockpit-Darstellung abbildet. Den Entscheidungsträgern soll hierdurch nur der relevante Teil von Informationen geboten werden, wodurch Zeit und Einarbeitung gespart werden soll. Hierdurch wird eine Effizienz und Sicherheit im Hinblick auf Entscheidungen geboten. Weiterhin können diverse Korrekturmaßnahmen schneller eingeleitet werden. HR-Cockpits werden durch diverse Software-Anwendungen ermöglicht, wobei personalwirtschaftliche Daten automatisiert verarbeitet und bei Bedarf abgerufen werden können. Durch Soll- und Ist-Vergleiche sollen Entwicklungen ersichtlich gemacht werden. Bei eventuellen Abweichungen von der geplanten Entwicklung, sollen entsprechende Korrekturmaßnahmen eingeleitet werden können. In diesem Zusammenhang hat das Personalcontrolling eine Servicefunktion ggü. den Entscheidungsträgern bzw. Personalverantwortlichen. Den Grundsätzen der Transparenz, Verständlichkeit und Prägnanz folgend, schafft das HR-Cockpit eine ideale Visualisierungsmöglichkeit zur Abbildung personalwirtschaftlicher Informationen. Dies ist die Aufgabe des Personalcontrollings. In dieser Ausarbeitung stelle ich das Personal als entscheidenden Erfolgsfaktor für das Unternehmen in das Zentrum. Personal ist als ein Aktivum zu betrachten, in welches investiert werden muss. Es ist nicht mehr allein als Kostenfaktor anzusehen.
