About the Authors
K. N. Krishnaswamy is a consultant and former professor at the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He has nearly three decades of teaching and research experience in management.
Appa Iyer Sivakumar is an associate professor at the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a fellow of the Singapore–Massachusetts Institute of Technology Alliance. He was also associated with Gintic Institute of Manufacturing Technology, Singapore.
M. Mathirajan is Principal Research Scientist at the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He was also a visiting consultant at Sultan Qaboos University, Oman.Features
