As a matter of fact, world-renowned business magnate Warren Buffett took the Dale Carnegie course "How to Win Friends and Influence People" when he was only 20 years old. About Dale Carnegie Dale Carnegie was a lecturer and writer and was known for his courses in public speaking, salesmanship, self-improvement, interpersonal skills, public speaking, and corporate training. Some of his other works include How to Stop Worrying and Start Living, Little Known Facts About Well Known People and Public Speaking and Influencing Men in Business. Carnegie was born in Missouri and studied at State Teacher’s College. He also attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, but he didn’t have much success as an actor. His writing career started in 1915, and his book How to Win Friends and Influence People (published in 1936) has sold over fifteen million copies worldwide. Carnegie passed away in his New York home in 1955 owing to complications arising from Hodgkin’s disease.

    Read this in one evening. I had planned to do other things with my day, but it was impossible to put down. Every time I tried, I was drawn back to it in less than 5 minutes. I sobbed my eyes out the entire last 100 pages. Highly recommend!
