There are several factors which contribute to excessive qualities of wasted foods. Some are related to current quantities of wasted foods . Some are related to current production systems and product commercialization, including food quality and security norms, others are more personal like people's food habits, awareness, values and consumer attitude in regards to consumption and food waste. So, changing consumers and manufacturers whose wrong food consumption and excessive quantities of wasted food behaviours. It is difficult to avoid from only education method, because human's eating habits or food habits are very difficult to change to reduce to do food waste behaviours in their eating processes easily. Education is only teaching how to avoid food waste knowledge promotion or persuasive method. It can not provide useful food waste methods to assist food manufacturers how to present to avoid excessive food quantities waste in food manufacturing processes, e.g. efficient operative production as well as it can not assist consumers to understand how and why the reasons for food waste, why to do the right food consumption behaviours, eating attitudes, the most reason level of consumer knowledge and opinions with respect to food waste as well as perception about the quantities of wasted food in the consumer's household. Otherwise, future (AI) technology can assist food manufacturers how to avoid and to cause food losses in food manufacturing process as well as it can assist food consumers understand they ought how to do to change wrong food habits to right food habits in order to do the right daily eating behaviours daily more influentially. The second reason is that, in order to reduce consumer individual food waste in developed countries, there is a need to understand the factors which shape consumer behaviours. Future (AI) technology can be used to research and analysis of customer behaviours, knowledge and attitudes of people including analysis of different developed countries' consumer behaviours for food. The objective of (AI) technology research is to determine food waste attributes, daily food routines, shopping routines, planning as a predictor of food waste and policies varied in terms of household characteristics in each country. The (AI) data gathering results can give qualitative information about food waste including data on frequency of wasting food and reasons for wasting it, which can be based on each country's consumers' food habits or eating behaviours analysis. The (AI) gathering data concerns consumers play a crucial role to combat food waste via their own households. It is important to find solutions that are relevant to food habits more easily.Hence, (AI) technology can gather data to understand food waste problem to household level by picturing main causes affecting food waste giving deeper insight into consume behaviour throughout the every time of right food purchasing number, storage, preparation, consumption toll disposals. So, future (AI) technology ( big data gathering tool) can analyse origins and quantities of food waste quantifying the scale of the problem, including all causes and food waste influence as well as to understand the variety of factors which can cause influence food waste behaviours more accurately.
