About the Book

(AI) reduces the wage inequality toJapan, China, America three countriesmanufacturerFollowing, I shall explain how and why (AI) can reduces or avoids the differences of income inequality to Japan, China, America three countries manufacturers. First, Japan and China Asia both countries have similar factors to cause the income (wage) inequalities. These two countries' employers usually divide the income class that have the top and bottom income classes in their societicies. In fact, Japan and China income gap are similar widening. The Japanese and Chinese have negative perceptions about the income gap because labours perceive whose wages to be influenced by talent, academic background or luck and this perception seems relatively uncommon in the another Western countries, such as America. A large percentage of Japanese and Chinese also think one' income is decided by talent, ademic background or luck, although it should not be. The reason is possible caused by Japan and China societies both have experienced changes in the population structure, family structure and mobility among the income classes during the last three decades. So, if these three countries manufacturers can attempt to apply (AI) robotic to participate their workers' jobs in order to reduce their work burden as well as they are trained to learn how to cooperate with robotic to work efficiently or effectively in factories. So, in talent view point, when these countries manufacturers discovered their manufacturers whom workers can raise efficiency performance to maufacture more products after they cooperate with robotic to work together or whom workers can not raise efficiency performance to maufacture more products after they are trained to learn how to cooperate with robotic to work together. They can know their workers whose effort are higher and they are talent, then they can evaluate who can raise efficiency in order to achieve the productive increasing. They can follow their effort and talent and efficiency factors to pay the more reasonable wage to every worker after robotics are participating their every worker's job in factories.By past income statistics indication, the income inequality of single member householders are ususally lower than those householders with two or more members in Japan and China country. So, it seems the family aging population structure factor can influence wage inequality in Japan and China both countries. The past statistics also indicated that the income inequality in Japan and China have been greater within older group. This life long gap starts widening around the age of 40, when the speed of job promotions begins to differ among employees. So, when (AI) robotic is applying to assist China and Japan workers to manufacture any kinds of products in factories. It will bring more equal wage determination between older age workers and younger age workers and robotics can avoid the age discrimination to cause the lower unequal or unfair wage determination to the older age workers in China and Japan both countries because the China and Japan employers can evaluate whether the worker who ought pay higher wage or lower wage. The reason is not based on age factor. The older age worker ought pay higher wage to compare the younger age worker in the factory if the older age worker can raise productive efficiencies higher than the youger age worker after they both have trained to learn how to cooperate with the robotics to work together in the factory's team. So, robotic's participation can let the factory's young and old workers to feel their employer can pay more fair wage to them to avoid the lower wage workers feel unreasonable eage treatment and leave their employer.
