About the AuthorDr. Lonnie Earl Hammons is the founder of www.Hope55Missions.org and a missionary with LBM, Inc. His mission journey began at 8 years of age when his parents answered the call to full time missions. He relocated to the U.S. at age 15. As an adult his connection with missions continued as a pastor, missions advocate and supporter. While pastoring in the U.S. God began to call him and his wife into full-time missions. They transitioned from their U.S. church and began a three-year journey of partnership development. In 2014 they relocated to Dominican Republic as faith-funded missionaries. In their first five years He and his wife began a Dominican Church, a Child Development Center, 4 Year Bible College, and Haitian Creole Church. Earl holds degrees from: Liberty University 1990, The Criswell College 2004, and Louisiana Baptist University 2010.
