Combining good humor and good food creates an unbeatable recipe for success-something coauthors and coworkers Paul Mitchell and Nicole White know all about. Complete with clever catchphrases and crowd-pleasing potluck recipes, Hooves High is a hilarious workplace survival guide that will tickle your funny bone, satisfy your stomach, and transform your entire outlook on life.
Part one presents more than fifty funny phrases, from the hallelujah shout of "eight pounds, six ounces" to the secret nonverbal cue (Mondo!) that you can give a close friend to help you escape a sticky situation. Each is then illustrated by a comical true story before wrapping up with an invaluable life lesson.
Part two, on the other hoof, dishes up the often overlooked secret weapon-food! Providing you with the perfect potluck planner, including twenty uniquely themed meals and a ton of tasty recipes that are super easy to make, this section ensures you a place at the proverbial table.
Teaching you how to set free your inner hoof, when to properly praise baby Jesus, and how to behave appropriately in the men's bathroom, Hooves High will soon make you an expert on enjoying whatever pigpen in which you happen to land.
