Im zweiten Teil wird ein Schwerpunkt auf die Förderdiagnostik hochbegabter Minderleister gelegt und diese anhand des Wiener Diagnosemodells zum Hochleistungspotential zu erklären versucht. Der dritte, empirische Teil der Arbeit zeigt die Ursachen von Minderleistung an einer Versuchsgruppe von vier Jugendlichen auf. Dabei wird zunächst die Einrichtung beschrieben und auf die Anamnese der Jugendlichen eingegangen, um anhand der ausgewählten Testverfahren und deren Auswertung eine Ursache für die Minderleistung der Probanden zu finden. Im vierten Teil werden die Fördermaßnahmen beschrieben und letztlich ausgewertet, die aufgrund der ermittelten Testergebnisse mit den Jugendlichen durchgeführt wurden. [...]
