Der Fokus dieser Arbeit liegt also auf einer fachgerechten und kompetenten Ausbildung des Lehrpersonals in Konfliktgesprächen mit Schülerinnen und Schülern. Die vorliegende Arbeit lässt sich grob in zwei Teile gliedern. Der erste Teil der Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit den Grundlagenkapiteln, zu welchen die Fragestellung, die Methoden, die Quellen, die Begriffsklärungen und zuletzt die ausgewählten Ansätze und Theorien zählen. Das erste Kapitel, das sich mit der Fragestellung befasst, beschreibt diese ausführlich und verortet diese in dem Kontext des Faches der Erziehungswissenschaft. Das darauffolgende Kapitel thematisiert die verwendete Arbeitsmethodik und die inhaltliche Begründung dieses Vorgehens. Zentral ist dabei die Darlegung des Vorgehens in der Beantwortung der Forschungsfrage. Das nächste Kapitel befasst sich mit den Forschungsgrundlagen. Die Begriffsklärungen, welche im nächsten Kapitel der Arbeit gegeben werden, sollen den Leserinnen und Lesern ein grundlegendes Verständnis über die behandelte Thematik dieser Arbeit ermöglichen. Primär geht in diesem Kapitel, bezogen auf das Thema, vor allem um die Begriffe Hermeneutik und Konflikt, die in diesem Zusammenhang beschrieben werden. Anschließend folgt das Kapitel zur Auswahl der zugrundeliegenden Ansätze und Theorien. Hier wird ein relevantes Konfliktmediationsmodell vorgestellt, auf dessen Basis der Kerninhalt der Arbeit fußt.
