Im Kampf um das Überleben auf dem Markt sehen sich viele Unternehmen dazu gezwungen, die Veränderung von klassischer zu agileaner Organisation anzugehen. Tun sie dies in absoluter Konsequenz, so stehen sie vor der Herausforderung eines umfassenden Change Prozesses, welcher alle Ebenen des Unternehmens betrifft. Die Organisationsstruktur, die Unternehmenskultur sowie die Rollen Mitarbeiter und Führung müssen überprüft und neu definiert werden. In Anbetracht dieses Ausmaßes stellt sich die Frage nach Best Practices oder besser noch nach den erfolgskritischen Faktoren in diesem Change. Was also gilt es im Speziellen zu beachten, um eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung durchzuführen? In Form von Leitfadeninterviews wurden für die vorliegende Thesis Experten - Agile- Coaches und Agile-Manager - zu ihren Erfahrungswerten und Einschätzungen hinsichtlich der Teilaspekte in der Wandlung von klassischer zu agileaner Organisation befragt. Es konnten nicht nur die individuellen Probleme in Einzelinterviews erfasst, sondern auch überindividuelle Herausforderungen durch das wissenschaftliche Zusammenführen der Einzelergebnisse identifiziert werden. Ebenso ergaben sich einige wichtige Erkenntnisse, auf deren Basis konkrete Empfehlungen für alle Unternehmen definiert werden konnten, die den Evolutionsprozess noch vor sich haben: Unter anderem das Formulieren einer eindeutigen und motivierend
