Homeoffice sollte sich an der Leistungserbringung und der Wertschöpfung orientieren. Es gibt drei wichtige Perspektiven. Welche Anwesenheitsquote wird benötigt, um eine optimale Leistung zu erzeugen? Wie hoch sollte diese sein, für die Entstehung einer Innovationskraft und Bindung innerhalb des Teams und einer ausgezeichneten Kooperation zwischen den Teams? Welcher Grad an Flexibilität soll in diesem Spannungsfeld geboten werden? Weiterhin gibt es Hinweise, dass die Kommunikation per Video negative Auswirkungen auf die Innovationskraft hat. Die vorgenannten Themen sollen hierfür kombiniert betrachtet und dargestellt werden. Zielsetzung ist eine Zusammenfassung der Herausforderungen in der internen Kommunikation im Change Management, bei einer gesteigerten Telearbeit, zur Verfügung zu stellen.
