About the Book

HER LITTLE PRINCESS
- Was the first child of King Olav V of Norway, the great-grandchild of Queen Victoria, concealed from the public eye?

- What if the top 100 line of succession to The British Throne must be altered?
- Did Crown Prince Olav of Norway meet a housemaid in 1926 and made her pregnant?
- Did she give birth to his daughter on August 2nd, 1927?

All evidence suggests that King Olav V of Norway, the grandfather of Crown Prince Haakon married to Mette-Marit, might be the father to a concealed daughter.

The story of Crown Prince Olav's alleged affair with a poor girl has been a theme for more than 90 years.

The novel, "Her Little Princess", substantiates what probably happened some 90 years ago.

The story takes place in the interwar period from 1921 to 1928. At 22 years of age, Lisbet Mogen moves to the Norwegian capital Christiania to work as a housemaid in a Victorian household. For the next 7 years, we follow her through life as a young adult woman.

Jørgen K H Bertheau is the last person alive able to tell this remarkable story. He has chosen to do so now before this captivating story would disappears forever. The core of the story is true and builds on conversations with Lisbet Mogen's immediate family. Lisbet Mogen is Jorgen Bertheau's grandmother. He has also spoken with his own immediate family and other people who have an insight into these matters. He has gradually acquired other materials to substantiate the claims as well.

This is the story of Lisbet Mogen, a poor girl from Telemark, who settled in Christiania and fell to the wrath of the authorities.

The story of Lisbet Mogen tells a good deal of what went right in her life and everything that went wrong in her life.
