Growing up in 1940s Richmond, they were completely inseparable-as close as two siblings could possibly be. So when young Sterling passes away unexpectedly, the tragedy tears Sarah's world apart. Left heartbroken and alone, she is sent away to boarding school as her parents, grief-stricken, go their separate ways.
Now thirty years have passed since her father remarried and moved to France-three decades without a letter or a single phone call. But when a family friend suddenly sends word that he could be in danger, Sarah quickly heads to Paris to investigate.
After uncovering a fraudulent plan to steal her father's fortune, Sarah must use every resource at her disposal to release him from the care of two devious nurses and whisk him away to a safer location. But when the nurses turn out to have ties to a dangerous criminal organization, escape is much more difficult than they ever imagined-and guidance from an unexpected source could turn out to be their only hope.
A suspenseful tale of tragedy and overcoming life's most difficult obstacles, Her Little Angel is a testament to the never-ending love of family that is based on a remarkable true story.
